When you have completed the Scout Rank, you will have the opportunity to work on many new skills and really take part in the troop as part of the Tenderfoot rank. You will go on many troop campouts, learning important skills required to survive, and having fun, too. You may have met your patrol leader already; if not, you will meet him soon. He is the leader of your group of about five boys, and, along with other older scouts, will help give you a firm foundation of skills so that when you become one of them, the cycle will continue.
