When you have met all the requirements for the next rank, you will have a meeting with the Scoutmaster or his designee. Scoutmaster conferences should be scheduled at least three weeks before the next court of honor. If the scoutmaster has determined that you have indeed met your requirements, he will sign your scout handbook, and you are ready for your board of review.
