The final step before you earn a rank is to appear before a Board of Review. The Board represents the Troop Committee, and they are responsible for deciding whether you advance or not. Requesting a Board of Review is your responsibility, and there are specific days (usually Wednesdays) before the courts of honor when you can have a board of review. Good luck!
